How long does shipping take?
Since we ship internationally, shipping time usually takes between 5 and 14 business days. On business days we ship within 24 hours and we will send you a tracking number via email.
HELP! I provided a wrong address. What can I do?
Now you should be quick. As long as we haven't hand over your order to the shipping carrier yet we can still change your shipping address.

What if my order is damaged?
If the product arrives damaged please send us an email immediately after receiving your order with a photo or a video that shows the damage to yakymovborya@gmail.com
We will then offer you a suitable solution as soon as possible.
KittyMiu™
How do I charge the KittyMiu™?
The KittyMiu™ has an integrated USB-C port and comes with a USB-C cable. All you have to do is to connect the KittyMiu™ to a socket, your phone, PC or laptop. You will never have to replace the battery.
Can the KittyMiu™ damage my furniture?
As long as your furniture is not made of cotton candy or clouds, no. :) The KittyMiu™ have advanced sensors, avoids obstacle
Can my cat break the KittyMiu™?
No. As long as it doesn't involve a tiger or lion, it can't happen. The KittyMiu™ is very sturdy built and has no visible screws. The tab that closes the USB port is fully embedded in the KittyMiu™, so your cat can't bite it off.
Does the KittyMiu™ need to be set up first?
No. When you receive the KittyMiu™, first fully charge it. Use the USB cable that comes with the KittyMiu™. Then just choose Automatic or Remote mode. That's it.
